We are excited about our Roadmap Conference. This year we have an all-day option (8:00 am-5:30 pm) for parents who have children 15 years to 21 years old that are still in school OR a half-day option (11:45 am-5:30 pm) for parents who have a child that is already out of school.

All-Day Option:
- Cost: $50 per person
- For parents/caregivers of an individual with a disability aged 15-21 AND still in school
- Includes an organizational binder
- Includes continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks
- Speaker topics: secondary transition and the IEP process, SSI, guardianship, conservatorship, financial planning for your child with a disability, special needs trusts, adult services in Idaho, and other Idaho/national resources.

Half-Day Option:
- Cost: $30 per person
- For parents/caregivers of an individual with a disability aged no longer in school
- Includes an organizational binder
- Includes lunch and snacks
- Speaker topics: guardianship, conservatorship, financial planning for your child with a disability, special needs trusts, adult services in Idaho, and other Idaho/national resources.

This conference is for parents and caregivers ONLY. If you have specific dietary needs, please bring your own food and snacks.

Come join us for the Teen/Adult Game Night!
This is event is for teens and adults with Down syndrome age 14 and older and a parent/caregiver (if needed), not for the entire family. Participants will be playing games, eating pizza and dancing. This event is free for registered EIDS members.
The Rigby Royal Rugby players will be joining us for the evening.

Come join us for the Teen/Adult Game Night! This is event is for teens and adults with Down syndrome age 14 and older. participants will be playing games. This event is free for registered EIDS members.

Island Park

This is a two-night retreat for dads who have a child (children) with special needs. The weekend will start at 5:00 pm on Friday, June 23th, and end at 11:00 am on Sunday, June 5th. Dads must stay for the entire weekend to get the full experience of the retreat. The retreat will be at a cabin in Island Park. Once you register you will receive an email with the address for the cabin.

Throughout the weekend the dads will enjoy a few speakers that present ways to help with the behavioral and social needs of their child and the family. The dads also get to do some fun activities! There will be a lot of good food as well!

The cost is $150 per dad. There are scholarship options available if needed. There are only 10 spots available so don't wait to register! Email activities@easternidahodownsyndrome.org if you would like more information about scholarships.

Mountain View Event Center in Pocatello, ID

We are excited to announce that we are bringing iCan Bike to Eastern Idaho again this year! This is a one-week bike camp that teaches individuals with disabilities to ride two-wheeled bicycles.

Participants must be at least 8 years old, under 220 pounds, and have at least a 20-inch inseam.

The bike camp will run from Monday, July 17th to Friday, July 21st. It will be held at Mountain View Event Center in Pocatello. Participants come for a 75 min session each day (they come at the same time each day). Sessions run from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We will have registration ready soon but until then, if you are interested, please click the button "Click if Interested" and fill out the form. We will email you a link to register as soon as it is open. There are only 40 spots so don't wait! The camp will be $149 for registered members of EIDS and $199 for all other participants. A big thank you to Mountain View Event Center in Pocatello for hosting us and the ISU Occupational Therapy students for committing to be our volunteers.

Registration is on a first come first serve basis and will close when all 40 spots are filled or by July 1st, which ever comes first.

Rexburg Rapids in Rexburg

EIDS members and friends come join us for a fun evening of swimming. This event is for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Your children may bring a friend and CSWs are welcome.

We will be using Rexburg Rapids concessions for dinner.
We will give each family member a meal ticket upon arrival for a drink with either a slice of pizza, hotdog, pretzel, or nachos. Please specify in your registration how many of your party be eating at the event.

EIDS will also provide prepackaged snacks, drinks and water that will be available during swim time as well. We can't wait to swim with you all!

The cost is $3 per person.
